Terms & Conditions

1. Acceptance of Terms

By purchasing natural gemstones or accessing the Maniratnam store, you agree to comply with and be bound by the following terms of service. All transactions are subject to validation and availability of the natural mineral specimens in our physical vaults.

2. Authenticity & Laboratory Certification

Every gemstone is certified by internationally recognized gemological laboratories (such as GIA, IGI, or our trusted in-house laboratory). Reports are shipped alongside the gemstones. We guarantee 100% authenticity of our natural collection. Slight mineral inclusions and natural color zoning are inherent characteristics of natural gemstones and do not constitute defects.

3. Pricing & Payments

Prices are listed in Indian Rupees (₹) and include necessary packaging and insurance. Payments must be fully cleared before gemstones are dispatched from our secure facility. Cash on Delivery (COD) is subject to regional courier constraints and verification phone calls.

4. Shipping & Returns Policy

We offer free insured shipping across India. Since natural gemstones are high-value delicate products, returns are accepted within 10 days of delivery provided the security tag is intact, the gemstone is in its original intact condition, and the original laboratory certificate is returned in pristine condition.

5. Limitation of Liability

Astrological gemstone recommendations and planetary verification suggestions are rule-based advisory parameters. Results and alignments may vary by individual, and Maniratnam does not guarantee specific life modifications or metaphysical outcomes.
